This workflow automates incident management across PagerDuty, Jira, and Mattermost — now enhanced with Claude AI (claude-sonnet-4-6) for intelligent incident analysis. When a PagerDuty alert fires, Claude immediately assesses the incident: categorizing the root cause, generating a ready-to-paste Jira description, drafting a concise Mattermost summary, producing step-by-step runbook instructions, and flagging whether immediate escalation is needed. The enriched data then flows into urgency routing, Mattermost channel creation, Jira ticket creation, and PagerDuty acknowledgment/resolution handling. Reduces mean time to respond by eliminating manual triage write-ups. Requires PagerDuty, Jira, Mattermost credentials and an Anthropic API key (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY).
